"We were sailing in the IMS world's last summer in Newport when our stern pulpit broke.... [B]eing late in the afternoon on Saturday, we thought we were [out of luck]. We called Steve at Harbor Supply at 5:00 PM. He picked up the broken pulpit and returned it repaired at 6:00 PM. I was surprised to see Steve walking down the dock so quickly with the repaired part and was even more surprised that he handed it to me in a rag because it was still hot from the welding! That's what I call service! The bill I received was extremely fair considering the day of the week, the time of day we called and the speed of the service. Harbor Supply is a great service for racers when the unexpected happens!"
